Yeongdeok-gun, Gyeongbuk successfully concluded the '2024 Yeonghae Membership Day' held on the 2nd in Yeonghae-myeon, which aimed to increase interest in the region and provide participants with various experiences and opportunities for exchange.
Membership participants who took part in the event explored local attractions through trekking and plogging harmonized with the nature of Yeonghae-myeon, and engaged in beachcombing activities at Daejin Beach to help create a clean environment.
Additionally, a free photo printing service to capture memories, a prize draw event, and special busking performances were held, allowing participants to enjoy an even richer experience.
After the event, participants were given vouchers usable at affiliated businesses in Yeonghae-myeon, providing unique benefits linked to the local commercial district.
County Governor Kim Gwang-yeol stated, “I hope that through Yeonghae Membership, more people have felt the charm of Yeonghae-myeon and have more reasons to visit,” adding, “We plan to carry out various revitalization projects that help people understand and take interest in the region.”
