NH Investment & Securities announced on the 1st that it visited the farming area of Dangdong 2-ri, Munsan-eup, Paju-si, Gyeonggi-do, to carry out volunteer work to help with farm labor.
About 50 executives and employees, including Yoon Byung-woon, CEO of NH Investment & Securities, visited the farming area of Dangdong 2-ri, Munsan-eup, Paju-si, Gyeonggi-do, to assist with the removal of chili pepper stalks and village environmental cleanup. Dangdong 2-ri, Munsan-eup, Paju-si, Gyeonggi-do, is a village where NH Investment & Securities has maintained continuous support activities since May 2016, with the CEO serving as the 'Honorary Village Chief' and employees as 'Honorary Residents.' On this day, about 50 executives and employees, including CEO Yoon Byung-woon, worked hard removing chili pepper stalks and cleaning the village environment in a field of approximately 3,000 pyeong.
Since 2016, NH Investment & Securities has been conducting the 'Creating Villages Together' volunteer activity to support farmers who face many difficulties in farming due to rural aging. In addition to this village, NH Investment & Securities currently has partnerships with 31 villages nationwide, actively supporting farm labor assistance during busy seasons, direct agricultural product markets, and other long-standing village projects. This year, starting with a visit to Bibong-myeon, Hwaseong-si, Gyeonggi-do by the Finance Headquarters 1, the company is supporting rural labor assistance events in partnered villages.
