Since its opening on the 30th (Wednesday), the model house of ‘Uiwang Gocheon District Dietre Central’ has been attracting numerous visitors and gaining attention.
According to sales officials, “At the time of the recruitment announcement, it ranked first in real-time search terms on real estate sites like Hogangnono, receiving intense interest,” and “Although weekday openings were planned to ensure visitors could enjoy a comfortable and safe viewing experience due to concerns about large crowds over the weekend, many visitors continued to come.”
In particular, many evaluations noted that visitors decided to consult due to the reasonable sale price resulting from the application of the price ceiling system. In nearby residential complexes, the proportion of complexes over 10 years old is high, and newly built complexes have a trend of rising house prices, indicating excellent future value. According to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport’s actual transaction price disclosure system, the ‘Uiwang The Sharp Castle’ with an exclusive area of 84㎡ was traded at 838 million KRW in June and showed an upward trend by being traded at 885 million KRW in September. Even the recently sold ‘Uiwang Centline Desiang’ had a sale price in the 900 million KRW range (based on the highest price) for an 84㎡ exclusive area, but it was sold out quickly after supply resumed, proving the strong popularity of new constructions.
The sale price of ‘Uiwang Gocheon District Dietre Central’ is set from approximately 17.77 million KRW per 3.3㎡, starting at about 605 million KRW for an exclusive area of 84㎡.
Inside the model house, exclusive area 84㎡ A and C types were prepared. The A type received favorable reviews for its alpha room between the bedroom and bathroom and its spacious service area. The C type attracted attention with ample storage space including a pantry and a kitchen layout that seemed separated from the living room.
There were also many inquiries regarding transportation networks and product features. First, in terms of road traffic networks, Gyeongsu-daero and Gwacheon-Bongdam Urban Expressway are adjacent, allowing access to Seoul’s Gangnam area such as Sadang and Yangjae within 20 minutes. It is also convenient to access nearby areas such as Anyang and Suwon. Within walking distance, the ‘Indeokwon~Dongtan double-track railway Uiwang City Hall Station (tentative, planned)’ will be established, and in the future, it is expected to be easier to move to Indeokwon Station, where the metropolitan area express railway (GTX)-C line (under construction) passes.
Regarding parking spaces per household, there are two spaces, providing the best parking conditions in Uiwang City. Ample parking space can be maintained regardless of the time, enabling a comfortable living environment. The complex will also feature various specialized designs such as an exterior specialization applying curtain wall look design and two elevators per building (except for some buildings).
