Guri City Hosts Relay Weekend Live Performance 'G-Stage On' Guri City held the final weekend live performance of the year, "2024 G-Stage On (Guri Live Stage)," at Jangja Lake Park on the 26th.

Guri-si, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Baek Kyung-hyun) announced on the 30th that the weekend live performance '2024 G-Stage On (Guri Live Stage)' was successfully concluded at Jangja Lake Park on the 26th, marking the final event of the year.


'G-Stage On' is an amateur musician discovery project promoted by the city, providing musicians with opportunities to perform on stage and offering citizens enjoyable cultural experiences in their daily lives.


This project was held as busking events in Guri traditional market and downtown parks on the second weekend of each month, while on the fourth weekend, it was simultaneously operated online and offline at the multi-studio of the Guri Music Creation Center.


The final stage featured citizens participating in the 'Amateur Musician Discovery Project,' a program of the Guri Music Creation Center, delivering performances that matched the autumn atmosphere and receiving great applause from the audience.


Meanwhile, this project is scheduled to continue in 2025, and those who wish to participate in the 2025 program and performances can apply through the Guri Music Creation Center website.


Mayor Baek Kyung-hyun of Guri said, "The 'G-Stage On Concert,' by the citizens for the citizens, is an interactive performance content that we believe will contribute to making Guri a more enjoyable and happy city."
