In recent years, promising residential areas in the Seoul metropolitan area, whose housing value has been verified through successful pre-sales, are attracting attention.

According to the Korea Real Estate Board's Subscription Home, all nine apartment complexes pre-sold in Godeok International New City from 2020 to September this year have successfully attracted subscriptions. This contrasts sharply with the fact that more than half of the apartments pre-sold in the entire Pyeongtaek area during the same period failed to close subscriptions.


Godeok International New City offers pleasant living conditions due to systematic land development. Additionally, an administrative town composed of various public institutions, including Pyeongtaek City Hall, is planned, and investments from large corporations continue. This is expected to create numerous jobs, significantly influencing housing price increases based on abundant housing demand. Along with this, various living infrastructures such as commercial, cultural, and educational facilities are being established, so the residential value is expected to rise further in the future.


Real estate experts say, “Godeok International New City attracts homebuyers’ interest due to its excellent living conditions and the differentiated advantage of being subject to the pre-sale price ceiling system,” adding, “Especially, unlike other areas, the fact that nationwide subscription is possible from the first priority is also considered a unique attraction of Godeok International New City.”


With such verified residential value, new pre-sales in Godeok International New City are becoming a hot topic. ‘Godeok International New City Miraedo Familier’ is the protagonist, scheduled for pre-sale in November.


‘Godeok International New City Miraedo Familier’ is located in Godeok-dong, Pyeongtaek-si, Gyeonggi-do, consisting of 10 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 23 floors above ground, with a total of 642 households of 84㎡ and 99㎡ units. It is scheduled for move-in in September 2025, offering the advantage of quick occupancy.


‘Godeok International New City Miraedo Familier’ boasts excellent infrastructure. First, it is adjacent to commercial land equipped with convenience facilities such as clinics and hospitals. In addition, large distribution facilities like Homeplus and Costco (planned), as well as cultural and administrative infrastructures such as Pyeongtaek Art Center (planned) and Pyeongtaek New City Hall Administrative Town (planned), are nearby. Furthermore, abundant green spaces such as Saesol Neighborhood Park, Godeok Waterfront Park No. 5, Hambaksan Central Park, and Baramsan are provided near the complex, allowing for a pleasant residential life.

‘Godeok International New City Miraedo Familier’ allows nationwide subscription from the first priority. Anyone aged 19 or older who owns a subscription savings account can apply, and 50% of all households will be supplied to residents nationwide.


Meanwhile, the model house for ‘Godeok International New City Miraedo Familier’ is planned to be established in Segyo-dong, Pyeongtaek-si, Gyeonggi-do.
