In this event, in addition to long-term service awards, for the first time since its founding, the company also held an internal awards ceremony for the ▲BK Award (Model Employee Award) ▲Value Creation Award (Value Creation Award) ▲Outstanding Contribution Award (Special Contribution Award) ▲SH&E Award (Safety, Health & Environment Award) .
During the town hall meeting held alongside various award ceremonies, Je Young Lee, CEO of Bukwang Pharmaceutical, actively communicated by directly listening to the opinions of employees. In particular, at this town hall meeting, team leaders from the company’s four headquarters freely presented their views on 'The Future of Bukwang Pharmaceutical.' This town hall meeting to strengthen internal communication was held for the second time, following the first-ever meeting held earlier this year.
In his commemorative speech, CEO Lee emphasized the importance of smooth communication among employees for the company’s leap forward and mentioned that the efforts of employees are necessary for the company’s continuous development. He stated, "The deficit in 2023 will be the last deficit in Bukwang Pharmaceutical’s history," and urged, "I hope all employees will work even harder during the remaining two months of this year."
