Dongmyung University K-Sports Taekwondo Department Wins Multiple Awards at Korea University Taekwondo Federation President's Cup

Five Class of 2024 Students Including Park Yujeong Win in Women's Individual Event, Professor Won Hyeongjin Receives Coaching Award

Dongmyung University announced on the 2nd that a total of five students won awards at the 47th Korea University Taekwondo Federation President's Cup National Taekwondo Competition: Park Yujeong took 1st place in the official poomsae women's individual event, Park Soyoung and Kim Yumin shared 2nd place, Jo Inyoung took 3rd place, and Yoo Taekyung (all class of '24) took 3rd place in the men's individual event.

Department head Won Hyeongjin of the K-sports Taekwondo Department received the Coach Award.

Professor Won Hyeongjin said, "This is a valuable achievement resulting from the students' hard training and effort. I look forward to the continued success of the Taekwondo Department in future national team selections and the National Sports Festival."

This competition was held in Yeongju, Gyeongbuk, for five days from September 28 to October 2.
