Enhancing Entrepreneurial Capabilities of Residents
Supporting Successful Startups
Gijang-gun, Busan (Governor Jung Jongbok) is recruiting participants for the '2024 Gijang-gun Startup Academy' from the 2nd, aimed at strengthening the entrepreneurial capabilities of prospective and early-stage entrepreneurs.
This Startup Academy will be conducted through a total of two special lectures, startup company visits, and individual mentoring sessions. The first session will be held on the 29th of this month at Gijang-gun Office, and the second session will take place on the 30th at an outstanding startup company located in Jeonggwan-eup.
The curriculum includes: ▲Finding the optimal business for yourself ▲Preparation methods for each stage of starting a business ▲Writing and presentation strategies for business proposals in public contests ▲Startup marketing strategies ▲Startup company visits and communication with experienced entrepreneurs ▲One-on-one customized consulting sessions.
The training is completely free of charge, and any resident of the county who wishes to start a business or is currently running a startup can apply. The number of participants is limited to 20, and applications can be submitted on a first-come, first-served basis through the Gijang-gun website from the 2nd to the 25th of this month.
Governor Jung Jongbok stated, "Gijang-gun is a city rich in local resources that can be linked to startups," and added, "We will support the successful establishment of new businesses by strengthening the entrepreneurial capabilities of our residents through various startup support programs."
