Simultaneous Production of Title Track and Multiple MVs
Group BabyMonster has begun filming their music video, entering the final countdown for the release of their first full-length album.
On the 23rd, YG Entertainment announced that BabyMonster will start producing several music videos, including the title track, beginning today in preparation for their first full album release this fall. Under the full support of their agency, they are expected to complete this massive project by filming at various secured locations.
This move by BabyMonster reflects the confidence of Chief Producer Yang Hyun-suk in the group. It is interpreted as a strong commitment to fully promote and widely publicize multiple songs included in the full album, including the title track.
According to a YG representative, the recording of BabyMonster’s first full album is already completed and currently in the final stages of production. Additionally, choreography for several songs to be filmed in the upcoming weeks has also been finalized.
A YG representative stated, "As this is the final stage before a bigger new beginning, we will soon share detailed information including the release date."
BabyMonster officially debuted as a complete seven-member group on April 1st with their first mini-album, 'BABYMONS7ER.' The music video for the title track "SHEESH" reached 100 million views in just 10 days, setting a new record for the fastest K-pop girl group debut MV to hit 100 million views.
