Individual Official Land Price Opinions Can Now Be Submitted Anytime, Anywhere
Hamyang County in Gyeongnam Province will launch a new section called 'Individual Official Land Price Opinion Direct GO' on the official Hamyang County website starting this September.
Previously, complaints were raised because the period for submitting opinions or objections regarding individual official land prices was set by current law to only four times a year, making it impossible to submit opinions or objections after the designated period had passed.
In response, Hamyang County has improved the process to allow opinion submissions at any time, which is expected to further increase residents' satisfaction with individual official land prices.
Landowners or interested parties who wish to submit their opinions can access the Hamyang County official website > Field Portal > Real Estate/Housing > Individual Official Land Price > Individual Official Land Price Opinion Direct GO section, where they can fill out and submit their opinion form online. Alternatively, they can download the form and submit it by mail or fax.
The county plans to either reflect the submitted opinions in the following year's individual official land price survey and decision process in advance, or collect all submissions at the time of submission and notify the results to the submitters separately.
A county official stated, "Since individual official land prices are used as the basis for various taxes such as national and local taxes, it is essential to conduct accurate land surveys. We will do our best to ensure balanced official land prices are surveyed and determined, and will continue to reform our services to be more customized for residents through proactive administration that listens to their opinions."
