Gwangju City and its affiliated public institutions have joined hands to expand the market for the Casper electric vehicle (EV).
Gwangju Metropolitan City (Mayor Kang Gi-jung), together with its affiliated public institutions and Gwangju Global Motors (GGM), signed a 'Win-Win Agreement for the Priority Purchase of Casper Electric Vehicles (EV)' on the 28th at the Gwangju Global Motors (GGM) Casper Promotion Center.
This agreement aims to promote the initial sales of Casper electric vehicles (EV) by Gwangju Global Motors (GGM), which started as Korea's first win-win job creation project, to establish a stable production foundation, revitalize the local economy, and create new jobs.
The signing ceremony was attended by Mayor Kang Gi-jung, Yoon Mong-hyun, CEO of Gwangju Global Motors, Song Pil-yong, Head of Hyundai Motor Gwangju-Jeonnam Headquarters, Kim Sung-jin, Director of Gwangju Green Car Promotion Agency, and about 100 heads of public institutions under the city.
According to the agreement, Gwangju City and public institutions will prioritize purchasing Casper electric vehicles (EV) when buying or leasing work vehicles, and will actively promote sales by preparing promotional measures for Casper electric vehicles (EV). Gwangju Global Motors will do its best to mass-produce flawless Casper electric vehicles (EV).

Meanwhile, Gwangju Global Motors (GGM) began mass production of the Casper electric vehicle (EV) in July. It plans to produce about 23,000 units this year and export them to 54 countries including Europe and Japan.
