‘Chuncheon Atera Edupark’ Subscription Closed... Following the 1st Round, Early Sell-Out Expected for the 2nd Round as Well

Kumho Construction has successfully completed subscriptions for ‘Chuncheon Atera Edupark,’ supplied in Chuncheon City, Gangwon Province. According to the Korea Real Estate Board’s subscription website, a total of 823 applicants applied for 325 units, excluding special supply, during the first and second priority subscription periods held on August 1 and 2 for Chuncheon Atera Edupark.

Industry insiders say that the second phase of the complex also achieved good results following the first phase. The first phase, which was supplied earlier, recorded a high competition rate of up to 23.06 to 1 and an average of 18.45 to 1 in the first priority subscription at the time of sale.

Some predict that Chuncheon Atera Edupark will also complete contracts quickly, following the first phase. Together with the first phase ‘Chuncheon Atera The First,’ which was sold last year, it forms a total of 1,020 units under the Atera brand town. In particular, the second phase is located closer to Mancheon Elementary School than the first phase, offering a prime location near the school.

A sales official stated, “Within the Hupyeong Mancheon residential town, a standalone Atera brand town of 1,020 units is being formed. As a subsequent complex with a new brand applied, the improved product quality seems to have resulted in high satisfaction. Especially, the variety of basic items provided when expanding the balcony is expected to positively influence contracts by reducing economic burdens.”

Chuncheon Atera Edupark is a child-friendly complex where students can safely commute to Mancheon Elementary School without crossing major roads. Additionally, Chuncheon Girls’ High School, Gangwon Middle School, and Gangwon High School are all located within a 1 km radius, and the nearby Hupyeong-dong and Toegye-dong academy districts, known for their concentration of prestigious academies, contribute to an excellent educational environment. The complex also boasts convenient transportation networks including Chuncheon IC, Chuncheon Ring Road, Gyeongchun Line Chuncheon Station, and express/intercity bus terminals, as well as lifestyle amenities such as MS Mart, Gubongsan Cafe Street, and commercial facilities in Hupyeong-dong.

The complex is primarily oriented southward for all units and features various floor plans with designs that maximize space utilization, including dressing rooms, pantries, and entrance storage, which are expected to be highly preferred by actual residents.

Various specialized designs unique to the newly transformed Atera brand are also applied. First, a storage room accessible to all households is provided in the basement, allowing residents to conveniently store seasonal clothing or bulky leisure equipment.

Moreover, landscaping specialized to match the complex’s name is planned, with a landscaping ratio reaching approximately 37%, creating a park-like complex view. Through specialized design under the pilotis of the complex, a living lounge will be created, and along with playgrounds, a children’s water playground will be established, fostering a child-friendly environment where children can play anywhere without leaving the complex.

The community facilities on the first floor include a senior citizens’ center, reading room, and residents’ meeting room. The basement floor is equipped with an indoor golf practice range with screen tees, a fitness center, and a GX room for residents to enjoy exercise anytime. Additionally, two guesthouse units, a feature recently introduced in upscale apartments, will be provided, furnished with famous brand furniture, bedding, and home appliances at a luxury resort hotel level, allowing residents to host guests or use the space for parties. Furthermore, the parking ratio is about 1.5 spaces per household, providing ample parking.

When expanding the balcony, complimentary items include a dishwasher (LG), kitchen gallery window, hybrid cooktop (2 induction + 1 hybrid burner), premium fingerprint door lock, and bidet-integrated toilet in the master bathroom. However, some items may not be provided or may be changed if the balcony is not expanded.

Meanwhile, Chuncheon Atera Edupark is located in Mancheon-ri, Dong-myeon, Chuncheon City, Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province, consisting of 4 buildings from 2 basement floors to 29 floors above ground, with a total of 477 units ranging from 72 to 116 square meters. The unit types include ▲72㎡ 80 units ▲84㎡A 228 units ▲84㎡B 125 units ▲97㎡ 22 units ▲116㎡ 22 units, focusing on medium to large-sized floor plans.

The upcoming schedule includes announcing the winners on August 8, followed by official contracts over three days from August 19 to 21. The model house for Chuncheon Atera Edupark is located in Mancheon-ri, Dong-myeon, Chuncheon City.
