Netflix to Release 'New Singer Jo Jung-seok' on the 30th of Next Month

Actor Jo Jung-suk transforms into a singer.

Netflix announced on the 24th that it will release "Rookie Singer Jo Jung-suk" on the 30th of next month. This entertainment program covers the debut project of Jo Jung-suk, a 20-year veteran actor, as a rookie singer. It humorously showcases his challenge toward a long-held dream.

The project features actor Jung Sang-hoon as the head of entertainment and online content creator Moon Sang-hoon as the head of public relations. Actor Jung Kyung-ho also joins as the music video director to support the rookie singer's debut.

The production is directed by producer Yang Jung-woo, who has worked on "New Journey to the West," "Youth Over Flowers," "Alssul Sinjab," and "Alssul Beomjab."
