Jeonbuk Gochang Culture and Tourism Foundation (Chairman Shim Deok-seop) announced on the 19th that it will carry out the "Handstand YouTuber" program as part of the "2024 Metropolitan-Basic Foundation Culture and Arts Education Cooperation Project" until November.
This program is promoted through cooperation between metropolitan and basic cultural foundations in the Jeonbuk area to expand cultural and arts education experiences that are usually difficult to access for culturally vulnerable groups.
The participants will be recruited in cooperation with the Gochang Family Center, targeting 20 children of multicultural families and middle and high school students who are immigrants, to freely express their imagination through photos and videos in a cultural and arts education program conducted over 20 sessions.
Starting with preliminary education at the end of this month, the program will include ▲ announcer education and experience ▲ group dance challenges ▲ photo and video production using smartphones, and in November, a performance sharing event will be held at Gochang Dongri Cinema where participating students and their guardians will come together to present and share their achievements.
An Jong-seon, Executive Director of the Gochang County Culture and Tourism Foundation, said, “We will build a cultural and arts education ecosystem tailored to local demand and strive to ensure that cultural and arts education is equally accessible and enjoyed by everyone.”
