At the business agreement attended by Kim Kyung-hee, Mayor of Icheon, and Kim Seung-joo, President of the Defense Innovation Technology Security Association, the two organizations agreed to foster advanced industries through cooperation and to establish measures to enhance technological innovation and security in the defense sector.
The agreement includes provisions for laying the foundation for fostering advanced industries such as the defense industry, cooperation on seminars and conferences related to the association, training of professionals, and exchange of human resources.
President Kim stated, "Through this agreement, we will actively support the fostering of advanced industries such as the defense industry in Icheon City and cooperate to train information security professionals and exchange human resources." Mayor Kim also responded, "We will do our best to develop Icheon City into a hub of advanced industries through this cooperation."
