The 'Rural Hub Revitalization Project' is a project that expands the supply functions of education, welfare, culture, and integrated care services in eup and myeon centers, and uses these centers to provide and deliver these services to the surrounding villages.

The Juksan-myeon Rural Hub Revitalization Project was selected in the 2021 public contest by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs. The project period is five years from 2022 to 2026, with a total budget of 22.316 billion KRW.

The city plans to proceed with the project in earnest following the approval of the basic plan. The goal is to achieve balanced development between the hub and the surrounding villages by expanding education, welfare, cultural, and health facilities, which are lacking in the eastern region, and to improve the quality of life of local residents.

To this end, the city will build the 'Juksan Complex Community Center' in the myeon center and remodel the 'Donganseong Citizen Welfare Center' into the 'Donganseong Integrated Care Center.'

Along with this, there is a plan to establish a sustainable, generation-customized care, culture, and welfare service network.

An official from Anseong City said, "We will do our best to achieve balanced development in the eastern region and to increase the satisfaction of local residents through this project."
