In particular, regarding the normalization and completion of pending projects, Mayor Hong stated that the city will normalize long-stalled projects critical to Changwon's future based on law and principles. For Masan Marine New Town, the city will actively respond to ongoing lawsuits, complete site development by September next year, and establish new landmarks for Masan, such as the Digital Masan Free Trade Zone and Hallyu Theme Garden.

For the private development special project of Sahwa and Daesang Parks, the city will verify the appropriateness of the total project cost, and for the rental-type private investment project for buffer retention facilities, a feasibility study will be conducted to derive project plans that comply with laws and city conditions.

The Changwon Cultural Complex Town aims to open early next year, with the Cultural Foundation entrusted and experts hired within this year. For the Ungdong Complex Leisure and Tourism District, the city will pursue normalization of the project according to consultations with relevant agencies and the outcomes of administrative litigation.

Additionally, regarding the innovation of fiscal, organizational, and operational capabilities, the city has been innovating its three core internal capabilities?finance, organization, and operations?to secure driving forces for innovative growth.
