The 'Gyeonggi MOA (MORE) Music Festival,' a music festival that all generations can enjoy together, will be held on the 15th at Jarasum Jungdo in Gapyeong, Gyeonggi Province.
Under the theme "Gather family, gather friends, gather lovers and go together," the 'Gyeonggi MOA (MORE) Music Festival' will feature a total of 17 musicians across all age groups, including Kim Chang-wan Band, Hong Jin-young, Jannabi, John Park, Seol-ah, QWER, and various indie bands.
The first round of online tickets, held on the 24th of last month, sold out all 10,000 tickets within three hours. Additionally, the extra online tickets released on the 7th also sold out early within one hour. Gyeonggi Province plans to distribute 3,000 on-site tickets on a first-come, first-served basis starting at 11:30 AM on the day of the event for attendees visiting the venue.
The festival is free of charge and offers a variety of programs, including music performances of various genres, a family picnic zone where children and adults can enjoy together, a magic bubble show, balloon art, and more.
To prevent traffic congestion, Gyeonggi Province has secured additional parking lots at Gapyeong Sports Complex and Gapyeong Middle School Sports Ground, in addition to the previously announced parking areas. Circular shuttle buses will also operate connecting Gapyeong Station, Gapyeong Sports Complex, Gapyeong Middle School Sports Ground, and Jarasum Jungdo. Furthermore, efforts to alleviate vehicle congestion will be actively promoted in cooperation with the volunteer fire brigade and the model taxi drivers' association within Gapyeong County.
