A real estate expert said, “As sale prices skyrocket daily, reasonably priced existing sale complexes are gaining popularity. Moreover, when financial benefits are provided, home purchase costs can be significantly reduced, and since these complexes are affordable, buyers can expect premiums after moving in. Therefore, such complexes are expected to remain strong in the future.”

In Daegu, one of the five major metropolitan cities where sale prices have risen the most nationwide, contracts are heating up for ‘Harrington Place Gamsam Phase 3,’ located in the large-scale residential town of West Daegu, represented by Jukjeon Station and Bonri Intersection.
