Shinsegae Centum City is introducing 'Sagwadang', an apple pie brand that has established itself as a famous dessert spot in the Yesan market.

'Sagwadang' is well-known as a local favorite, having started in Yesan, Chungnam, using locally grown apples. The store became popular immediately upon opening, often drawing long lines of waiting customers.

The signature menu item, the apple pie, features 144 layers of crescent-shaped pastry filled with apple chunks, offering both crispiness and sweetness. In addition to the signature pie, Sagwadang also offers a variety of pies with different fillings such as milk cream, as well as scone pies known for their light and savory flavor.

Prices range from 3,800 to 4,200 won, and the pies will be available at the basement level 1 of Shinsegae Department Store until June 27.
