Charge of Negligence in Post-Accident Measures
Trot singer Kim Ho-jung is under police investigation for allegedly causing a traffic accident and fleeing the scene (hit-and-run).
On the 14th, the Gangnam Police Station in Seoul announced that they are investigating a traffic accident involving Kim.
Kim is accused of causing a collision with a taxi around 11:40 p.m. on the 9th in Apgujeong-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and then fleeing the scene.
During the police investigation, Kim initially stated that he was not driving and went home, but later admitted the facts under police questioning.
The police are also reportedly checking the possibility of Kim driving under the influence.
