Hanshin Engineering & Construction announced on the 14th that it will begin sales of ‘Osan Segyo Hanshin The Hue’ on the 20th of this month.
‘Osan Segyo Hanshin The Hue’ will be developed in Block A16 of Segyo 2 District, Osan-si, Gyeonggi Province, consisting of 10 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 25 above-ground floors, with a total of 844 households. By exclusive area, there are ▲224 units of 74㎡A ▲24 units of 74㎡B ▲144 units of 84㎡A ▲75 units of 84㎡B ▲377 units of 99㎡. The sale price will be set lower than the surrounding market prices due to the application of the price ceiling system. As a post-sale complex, quick move-in will be possible. Full interest-free benefits on the interim payment are also provided.
Sales will begin with special supply on the 20th of this month, followed by first priority subscription on the 21st and second priority subscription on the 22nd. Residents of Osan-si or the metropolitan area who have held a subscription savings account for more than 12 months and meet the deposit amount requirements by region and area can apply for first priority subscription. Homeowners are also eligible to apply. The announcement of winners will be on the 28th of the same month, and the official contract period is from the 10th to the 14th of next month.

The Segyo 2 District, where ‘Osan Segyo Hanshin The Hue’ is located, is a public land development district covering a total floor area of 2,807,000㎡ in the areas of Gwoldong, Geumam-dong, Chopyeong-dong, Tap-dong, and Gasu-dong in Osan-si. The nearby Segyo 1 District has been fully developed, and Segyo 3 District was newly designated as a candidate site for new land last year. Once all development is completed, Segyo New Town is expected to become a large-scale densely populated area with a total floor area of 10,420,000㎡, a planned population of about 160,000, and approximately 66,000 households.
This complex boasts excellent transportation conditions. It is adjacent to Osan Station on the Gyeongbu Line and Subway Line 1, making travel to Seoul and various parts of the metropolitan area convenient. Osan Station is scheduled to have KTX stops from Suwon in 2026, and the metropolitan area’s GTX-C line and Bundang Line extension are also planned, further improving accessibility to the metropolitan area. Additionally, Osan IC and Hyangnam IC are nearby, providing easy access to the Gyeongbu Expressway, Yongin-Seoul Expressway, and Pyeongtaek-Hwaseong Expressway. The Sammi Tunnel connecting Unam District and Segyo 1 District, and the Pilbong Tunnel connecting Osan and Hwaseong have also opened, making commuting to Dongtan more convenient.
The location also offers proximity to workplaces. To the north are Samsung Electronics Hwaseong Plant and Suwon Yeongtong Samsung Digital City, to the south is Samsung Electronics Pyeongtaek Campus, and to the east is the ‘Yongin Semiconductor Cluster.’ In addition, several industrial complexes such as Nueup Industrial Complex, Seotan General Industrial Complex, Hwaseong Jeongnam General Industrial Complex, and Gajang General Industrial Complex are nearby.
Schools are also close by. An elementary school (scheduled for September 2025) and a high school (scheduled for March 2026) will be newly established within walking distance, and Osan Elementary School is located nearby. In the future, many kindergartens and elementary, middle, and high schools will be built within Segyo 2 District.
A Hanshin Engineering & Construction official said, “Various convenience facilities are located near ‘Osan Segyo Hanshin The Hue,’ and many public facilities such as Osan City Hall, police station, fire station, and post office are also located nearby,” adding, “As various commercial and public facilities are planned to be developed in the Segyo 2 District area, residential convenience is expected to improve further in the future.”
