On the 23rd, Korea Microsoft and the government held a seminar on AI (Artificial Intelligence) utilization at the Sejong Convention Center
On the 23rd, the KDI School of Public Policy and Management announced that it held a seminar titled “How to Use Generative AI for Administrative Task Automation” at the Government Sejong Convention Center, targeting government ministry officials and public institution employees in collaboration with Microsoft Korea.
This seminar was organized to introduce ways to promote innovation in public sector work using AI technologies such as “Copilot for Microsoft 365” and “CHAT GPT 4.0,” and to provide practical training opportunities for real-world application. Lectures were conducted under the themes of “Generative AI Work Innovation Focused on Case Studies” and “How to Use Generative AI for Administrative Task Automation.”
Shin Yong-nyeo, Chief Technology Officer (NTO) of Microsoft Korea, explained how generative AI is transforming public sector work processes based on domestic and international cases and presented the prospects of AI technology. Kim Young-wook, CEO of Hello AI, introduced methods to apply AI technology in practice using the latest generative AI technologies, Copilot and CHAT GPT 4.0.
Yoo Jong-il, Dean of the KDI School of Public Policy and Management, stated, “We hope that participants will gain a deep understanding of the latest AI technology trends through this seminar and improve the efficiency of public sector work by utilizing generative AI technology.”
