Mirae Asset Securities announced on the 15th that it successfully held the VIP+ Customer Invitation Seminar, 'VIP+ Insight Focus,' at the Four Seasons Hotel in Seoul.
VIP+ is a service for VIP customers using Mirae Asset Securities' M-STOCK. For this seminar, which invited 150 VIP+ members, more than 2,000 people applied to participate, showing a strong response.
Held under the theme "Future Challenges, Today's Response," the VIP+ Insight Focus provided practical future strategies such as real estate investment and retirement preparation in response to demographic changes. Following Professor Cho Young-tae of Seoul National University, who presented global market and investment directions from a demographic perspective, Mirae Asset Securities gave special lectures on real estate and retirement asset management. During the panel discussion led by Kim Dong-hwan, Chairman of eBroadcasting, customer participation through questions was very active.
In his welcoming remarks, Heo Sun-ho, Vice Chairman of Mirae Asset Securities, emphasized Mirae Asset's response strategies to demographic changes, including ▲introducing global innovative products through expanding global investment opportunities, ▲providing innovative financial services utilizing artificial intelligence and data, and ▲highlighting the importance of sustainable investment, stating, "We will realize sustainable growth for the future together with our customers."
This seminar was planned to commemorate the launch of VIP+ and to reflect some of the nearly 10,000 customer opinions collected from the VIP+ survey conducted earlier this year. Going forward, richer and more in-depth services will be provided based on customer feedback.
Mirae Asset Securities launched the VIP+ service on the M-STOCK app last October to provide insights covering both financial and non-financial areas in various ways. Especially, through a partnership with Naver, as customer response grew positive to offering paid premium content for free on VIP+, the service was expanded in April this year to include 10 channels containing information requested by VIP customers. Unique seminars with content creators are also being prepared. Additionally, in June, the 'Investment+' menu will be newly opened to provide differentiated investment content exclusively for VIP+ members, further enhancing customer satisfaction.
