Choi In-ho, a member of the Democratic Party of Korea, officially registered as a candidate for the Busan Saha-gap constituency on the first day of the 22nd general election candidate registration on the 21st, marking the start of his full-fledged election campaign.
On the day, Candidate Choi said, "It has already been 15 years since I came to Saha," and sent a message to the voters, saying, "To develop Saha, a knowledgeable and capable member of the National Assembly is needed."
He emphasized, "With the conviction that the development of Saha is the development of Busan, I will work harder than the past eight years."

Busan Saha-gap, one of the main pillars of the Nakdong River belt, is an electoral district where Representative Choi In-ho first won in the 20th general election and secured re-election, serving as a foothold for the Democratic Party's advance in Busan.
Candidate Choi is aiming for a third term this time. He pledged to become a powerful chairman of the Land, Infrastructure and Transport Committee and promised the opening of Gadeok New Airport by 2030, construction of the 2nd Dae Tunnel, and attracting the airport express train (BuTX) Hadan Station.
He is also determined to resolve key issues in Saha and Busan, such as redevelopment and reconstruction, and the Western Busan Medical Center. He promised to carefully manage life-oriented pledges such as the construction of swimming pools and sports centers, and the installation of subway elevators.
