"Providing Legal Advice to Foster the Startup Investment Ecosystem"
Law firm Delight (representative lawyers Byungju Lee and Wonhee Cho) and the Korea Accelerator Association (president Hwasung Jeon) have agreed to cooperate for the development of the startup ecosystem.
On the 19th, Delight signed a "Business Agreement for the Development and Revitalization of the Domestic Early Startup Investment Industry" with the Accelerator Association at the KBIZ Hall of the Korea Federation of SMEs in Yeouido-dong, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul. The signing ceremony was held as part of the inauguration and global vision declaration event of the Accelerator Association president.

The Korea Accelerator Association is a corporation composed of officially registered startup planners (accelerators) under the Ministry of SMEs and Startups. Through this business agreement, both parties agreed to collaborate on ▲ legal advice for the specialization and revitalization of the early startup investment industry ▲ policy discovery and proposals to enhance the rights and interests of accelerators and startups ▲ sharing various information and providing advice for the specialization of startup investment.
Wonhee Cho, representative lawyer of law firm Delight (age 54, Judicial Research and Training Institute class 30), said, "Early support is very important for the stable growth of startups," adding, "Through this agreement, Delight will help the stable operation and professionalism improvement of accelerators responsible for early support of startups and provide the best legal advice for the development of the startup investment ecosystem."
