The path introduced today is the Bucheon Dullegil. It is a themed trail connecting the mountains, parks, fields, and streams on the outskirts of Bucheon City, Gyeonggi Province. Among them, Course 5, called 'Nuri-gil,' starts from the 'Bernecheon Source' near Ggachiul Station on Seoul Subway Line 7 and passes through the Bucheon City Museum, which houses the Bucheon Local History Hall and Bucheon Onggi Museum, allowing visitors to feel the breath of ancestors while enjoying the beauty of various landscapes such as Dodang Neighborhood Park and the Million Roses Garden.
The starting point, Bernecheon, is a small stream originating from Wonmisan in Bucheon City and joining the Eastern Main Drainage Canal in Ojeong-dong. It has various names such as Berne, Birinnae, and Birinae; 'nae' means 'stream,' and 'beri' or 'biri' means 'cliff.' Wonmisan was also called 'Byeoraksan' due to many cliffs, and it is presumed that the name was derived from this.
Walking along Bernecheon Neighborhood Park and Yeowol Park, you can fully enjoy the atmosphere of the trail until you reach the Bucheon City Museum. The museum includes the Onggi Exhibition Hall, where you can look back on the history of Korean earthenware, and the Bucheon Local History Hall, which houses artifacts excavated from the Bucheon area. In addition, in 2021, several museums scattered around themes such as European ceramics, education, and scholar's stones were integrated into the current Bucheon City Museum. Among them, the Onggi Exhibition Hall originated from the history of Catholic believers who were persecuted in the late Joseon Dynasty and fled to the Jeonmal area, where they made a living by firing and selling onggi (earthenware).

Following the signposts along the trail, you will come across Dodang Neighborhood Park. It is a place where you can enjoy diverse sceneries such as Dodang Arboretum and the Million Roses Garden. Dodang Arboretum was created reflecting citizens' desire for a green environment even in their daily surroundings. It consists of a seed garden flowerbed, wildflower garden, and wetland, allowing visitors to experience various colors and three-dimensional effects according to seasonal changes even within the city. The Million Roses Garden, although not literally a million roses, is planted with about 150,000 rose bushes over an area of 14,200 square meters, allowing visitors to enjoy the abundant appearance of roses. It was also proudly named the first of the '8 Scenic Spots of Bucheon' selected by Bucheon City last year.
Additionally, along the Dullegil, as you stroll through the neighborhood parks, you can continuously enjoy various themed paths such as Dodang Sky Forest, water play playground, cherry blossom hill, Chunui Pavilion, and Agijangsabawi Rock. Among these, Chunui Pavilion was built in 1997. Dodangsan's Chunjibong Peak is a peak located at the boundary of Chunui-dong, Dodang-dong, and Yeowol-dong, characterized by a flat meadow, and it was named 'Chunjibong,' meaning 'the place where spring comes.' The trail ends when you reach Bucheon Sports Complex Station or the entrance of Wonmisan beyond it after touring the entire park.
