Wittyu Selected as '2023 Gangnam-gu Excellent Job Creation Company'

Global short-form specialist company witU announced that it has been recognized for its contribution to job creation in Gangnam-gu in 2023 and received the ‘2023 Gangnam-gu Job Creation Excellence Company Certification.’

The ‘Gangnam-gu Job Creation Excellence Company Certification’ is a certification system implemented by Gangnam-gu to encourage private companies to create jobs and to spread the atmosphere of job creation within the region. For this year’s certification, Gangnam-gu evaluated employment performance, management stability, and excellence in employment environment over one year from October 2022 to September 2023, selecting 25 outstanding companies including witU as a result.

witU, which obtained this certification, is a short-form MCN-based advertising agency established in 2019. As the only short-form specialized agency, it has solidified its position in the short-form marketing market by partnering with major global short-form platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels operator Meta, and YouTube Shorts operator Google.

In particular, since witU provides solutions covering the entire short-form marketing process from content production to media advertising operations, it has significantly expanded its business as short-form videos have become a dominant trend in the media market. In fact, witU’s number of employees increased from 2 at its founding in 2019 to a total of 31 by the end of 2023.
