The Cultural Heritage Administration rediscovers the value and meaning of cultural heritage and develops new cultural content by implementing five "Local Cultural Heritage Utilization Projects" annually across five categories and selecting outstanding projects.

"The Road to Meet the King," operated by Pyeongtaek City and Uri Munhwa Dalgugi, received high praise for utilizing the historical significance and value of the region centered around the Paengseong-eup guesthouse, with active participation led by local residents.
In particular, the city explained that the participation of 12 local organizations in Paengseong-eup, including the residents' council and local merchants' association, during the program's promotion and operation, as well as the continuous operation of the program, were key factors in its selection as an excellent project.
A Pyeongtaek City official stated, "We will do our best to ensure that citizens can enjoy a variety of cultural heritage programs, using this excellent project selection as an opportunity."
