Since September 18, Lotte World Tower has been broadcasting phrases wishing for the Busan Expo bid, such as ‘BUSAN IS READY’ and ‘HIP KOREA’, on its exterior wall. From the 24th to the 28th of this month, it will broadcast the newly added catchphrase ‘BUSAN IS NO. 1’ after Busan was assigned ballot number 1 as the host city candidate for the Expo.
The message will be displayed for 10 minutes at the top of every hour after sunset, and the Taeguk pattern lighting will be turned on at the lantern section on the top floor of the tower to support the final bid until the last voting day on the 28th.
