Anseong-si Reduces Local Currency Incentive from 10% to 7%

The city explained that although it had been operating with a 10% incentive to revitalize the local economy amid the economic downturn in Gyeonggi, the incentive budget was exhausted early, making it inevitable to adjust the incentive support rate to ensure proper distribution of incentives until the end of the year.

Accordingly, from November, the incentive given when citizens recharge 500,000 won on the Anseong Sarang Card will decrease from 50,000 won to 35,000 won.

An official from Anseong City stated, "We will do our best to secure the local currency budget in the future to stabilize the livelihood economy amid the economic crisis."
