Samyang's Dermo Bio cosmetics brand 'MediAnswer' announced on the 30th the launch of the 'Calming Collagen Mask,' specialized for sensitive skin care.
The MediAnswer Calming Collagen Mask contains azulene extracted from chamomile flowers and patented soothing ingredients to help care for sensitive skin. It also includes ceramide, cholesterol, and fatty acids, which make up skin lipids, to assist in strengthening the skin barrier vulnerable during seasonal changes.
According to the company, results from human application tests conducted at the Skin Clinical Trial Center showed an immediate moisturizing improvement of 58.15%, along with skin soothing and barrier enhancement effects against four types of irritation (physical, chemical, heat, and ultraviolet).
Like other products in the collagen line, it uses low-molecular collagen of 500 Dalton (Da) for easy skin absorption, and applies MediAnswer's patented 'TDS (Transdermal Delivery System)' technology to enhance absorption. TDS is a technology that effectively delivers active ingredients deep into the skin.
Additionally, it contains niacinamide, a functional ingredient for whitening improvement; adenosine, which has wrinkle improvement effects; and squalane, which increases skin moisture.
To celebrate the new product launch, MediAnswer is also running a discount promotion.
