Mapo-gu (District Mayor Park Gang-su) held a training session for licensed real estate agents on the afternoon of the 5th at the district office auditorium to establish a sound real estate transaction order.
About 450 licensed real estate agents from the area, including Mayor Park Gang-su, attended the training, filling the Mapo-gu Office auditorium with passionate enthusiasm.
Before the main training began, Mayor Park Gang-su presented commendations to those who made significant contributions to the real estate brokerage industry.
The subsequent training covered various practical aspects of real estate brokerage, including ▲types of jeonse fraud and prevention measures ▲prevention of real estate speculation promotion ▲cases of violations in property display and advertising ▲guidance on revised laws and prevention of brokerage accidents.
Recently, the risk of "empty jeonse" has increased due to jeonse fraud and reverse jeonse difficulties, and false or exaggerated advertisements promoting real estate speculation have occurred in some redevelopment and reconstruction areas, exacerbating residents' housing instability.
In response, Mapo-gu organized this training to enhance the capabilities and qualifications of licensed real estate agents to proactively block jeonse fraud and create a safe real estate transaction environment where residents can feel secure.
Mayor Park Gang-su stated, “While institutional measures are necessary to establish a proper real estate transaction order, the role of licensed real estate agents is most important. I ask for your active participation and efforts to protect residents' property rights and ensure fair transactions, and Mapo-gu will also do its best to prevent real estate transaction damages.”
