The seven evaluation categories are management of local public utility price stability, support for good price businesses, inflation rate of personal service fees, local price stability promotion performance, personal service fee stability promotion performance, policy collaboration performance, and support performance for vulnerable groups.
The 13 indicators include price stabilization policies and local public utility fee reduction performance.
Quantitative evaluation, which focuses on project volume, accounts for 70%, while qualitative evaluation, which focuses on project content and value, accounts for 30%.
This year, the county froze local public utility fees such as water and sewage charges and volume-based waste bag prices to promote the stabilization of public utility fees.
In particular, it received high marks for implementing various efficient special policies, such as reducing water and sewage fees for vulnerable residents.
County Governor Kim Han-jong said, “I thank the residents who actively participated in establishing a sound consumption culture,” and added, “We will focus administrative efforts to achieve continuous price stability and regional economic revitalization in the second half of the year.”
