Sharing Progress on Integrated Review
Exploring Development Plans for Apartment Complexes
Ulsan City will hold the "Ulsan-type Apartment Construction Promotion Meeting" at 2 p.m. on the 21st in the conference room on the 3rd floor of the City Council.
The meeting was organized to share the progress of the integrated review work, which has been actively promoted since January this year, and to seek solutions to problems and development plans related to apartment construction projects.
About 70 people will attend this first meeting to directly hear the opinions of apartment project stakeholders, including the Director of the Construction and Housing Bureau of Ulsan City, the Head of the Housing Permit Division, public officials in charge of apartment affairs in districts and counties, Kim Won-hyo, President of the Ulsan Metropolitan City Architects Association, members of the Architects Association, and apartment construction industry representatives.
The agenda for the day will proceed in the order of △ promotion of major policies related to apartments in Ulsan City △ collection of opinions regarding the designation of special architectural zones for apartments △ discussion of requests from project entities.
The main requests include △ simplification of integrated review operation procedures △ provision of floor area ratio incentives for excellently designed apartments △ adjustment of the installation ratio of auxiliary parking lots.
Ulsan City plans to improve parts that can be immediately addressed and to prepare improvement plans through consultations for matters requiring cooperation from related departments.
An official from Ulsan City said, "The meeting was held to promote the work direction of the newly established Housing Permit Division this year and to communicate with stakeholders about the tasks being promoted. We will collect various opinions from construction sites to reflect them in future work promotion and to prepare effective improvement measures."
Since January this year, Ulsan City has established the Housing Permit Division, setting up an integrated review team and a subcontract management team to stabilize the housing market and revitalize the local construction industry.
