HL D&I Hanla, 'Forest Zone & Close to Work' Wolmyeong Park Hanla Vivaldi On The Park Sale

Since the COVID-19 pandemic, there has been a clear trend emphasizing pleasant natural environments and work-life balance, leading to increased interest from buyers as ‘forest proximity’ and ‘close-to-work’ complexes are being supplied one after another.

According to the sales industry on the 8th, HL D&I Hanra will supply Wolmyeong Park Hanra Vivaldi On the Park in Bongmyeong-dong, Heungdeok-gu, Cheongju-si, Chungbuk this month.


This complex consists of 8 buildings, ranging from 2 basement floors to a maximum of 29 floors above ground, with a total of 874 households. It is a close-to-work complex adjacent to an industrial complex and a forest proximity apartment embracing Wolmyeong Park.


Directly opposite the complex is the Cheongju General Industrial Complex. Over 600 companies, including SK Hynix, are located there, with as many as 30,000 workers. Also, near the complex is the Cheongju Ochan Technopolis. When the ‘Multipurpose Synchrotron Radiation Accelerator’ is completed in 2027, it is expected that many companies related to new materials, semiconductors, and new drugs will flock to the area.


Near the complex, the urban-type advanced complex industrial complex ‘Cheongju Technopolis’ is being developed with a target operation date of 2024. Cheongju Technopolis, which is being developed at 1.3 times the size of Yeouido, will be a self-sufficient city systematically equipped with advanced industrial complexes, residential complexes, shopping, culture, schools, and green parks.


In addition, Wolmyeong Park is another attraction. Wolmyeong Park, created around the low hills of Wolmyeongsan, is adjacent to the Cheongju General Industrial Complex.


Hyundai Construction and GS Construction will also supply Hillstate Xi Asan Centum in Asan Tangjeong housing development district, Baebang-eup, Asan-si, Chungnam this month. It consists of 8 buildings, ranging from 2 basement floors to a maximum of 29 floors above ground, with a total of 787 households.


It is considered a close-to-work complex as it is near Asan Display City 1 & 2 General Industrial Complex, Cheonan 3rd General Industrial Complex, and Asan Smart Valley General Industrial Complex. Right in front of the complex are Cheonancheon Stream and a planned waterfront park, allowing residents to enjoy a pleasant natural environment.


Additionally, Lotte Construction will introduce Siheung Lotte Castle Signature with 2,133 households in Eunhaeng-dong, Siheung-si, Gyeonggi, near Gwangmyeong Siheung Technovalley (scheduled for completion in 2024). POSCO E&C plans to supply The Sharp Sinmun Trinity with 1,146 households in Sinmun 1 District, Sinmun-dong, Gimhae-si, Gyeongnam, near the Gimhae Golden Route General Industrial Complex and Jomangan River.
