Duksung Women's University announced on the 1st that it will provide the '2023 One-Thousand-Won Breakfast' for fifteen days from the 5th to the 19th.
The One-Thousand-Won Breakfast project at Duksung Women's University will be offered to 100 students daily from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. at the student cafeteria in the student union building during the final exam period from June 5th to 19th. A rice-centered breakfast, considering students' preferences, will be provided.
Alumni professors also participated in this One-Thousand-Won Breakfast project. Professor Jo Hyoseon of the Duksung Women's University Alumni Professors Association donated 2.6 million won to the project, and Professor Kim Kyunghee, majoring in Food and Nutrition, took charge of reviewing the breakfast menu to prepare a healthy meal balanced for students' nutrition.
Duksung Women's University plans to expand the provision of the One-Thousand-Won Breakfast beyond this final exam period to include the midterm exams of the next semester.
