Regular ‘Understanding My Child’ Lectures to be held every Thursday for 3 weeks starting June 22nd

Dobong-gu (Mayor Oh Eon-seok) will hold the ‘Understanding My Child - Celebrity Lecture Series’ on June 9th from 10:30 AM for 90 minutes at Seoninbong Hall on the 2nd floor of Dobong-gu Office to assist local parents in understanding and educating their children.

On this day, Professor Kim Kyung-il from the Department of Psychology at Ajou University will give a lecture titled ‘Wise Parenting through Metacognition and Real-time Feedback.’

Applications will be accepted starting May 29th on the Dobong-gu Office website, with a limit of 400 participants on a first-come, first-served basis.

Following this special lecture, the district will offer regular courses every Thursday for three weeks from June 22nd to July 6th, covering topics such as understanding children’s tendencies, reading education methods, and communication with children. Additionally, a second half celebrity lecture series is planned for November this year.
