Busan Superintendent of Education Ha Yoon-su and three parent reporters will participate in the Morning Change (體仁智) activity held at 8 a.m. on the 12th at the playground of Dongnae High School.
Morning Change (體仁智) is a core project to realize character education, a key pledge of Superintendent Ha Yoon-su. It is an activity designed to foster a spirit of respect and consideration through physical contact before class and to awaken the brain to enhance concentration on studying.
Dongnae High School operates various physical activities through Morning Change (體仁智), including ▲walking (daily) ▲soccer (Tuesday, Thursday) ▲volleyball (Wednesday, Friday).
On this day, Superintendent Ha Yoon-su is scheduled to play soccer with the students of Dongnae High School as part of the physical activities.
The Office of Education expects that parent reporters accompanying the Morning Change (體仁智) will directly experience the on-site reactions and empathize with the importance and necessity of morning physical activities.
Busan Superintendent of Education Ha Yoon-su said, “Through this accompaniment with parent reporters, the Morning Change activities actually taking place in the educational field will be conveyed more closely to the educational community,” adding, “I hope this accompaniment will increase the interest and participation of the educational community in morning physical activities.”
The parent reporter group, consisting of 54 members formed last April, is engaged in various activities to promote Busan education from the perspective of education consumers and to build consensus on education policies.
