Jin Air will move to Incheon Airport Terminal 2 starting July 1. This is part of Incheon International Airport Corporation's efforts to alleviate congestion at Terminal 1.
The company will strengthen customer notifications through its website, mobile web and application (app), e-tickets, as well as text messages and alert talks. It plans to establish a close cooperation system with related organizations such as Incheon International Airport Corporation and travel agencies to minimize passenger confusion caused by the terminal relocation.
Jin Air stated, "We are relocating the terminal to provide more satisfying services," and added, "We will do our best to ensure that customers enjoy a comfortable air travel experience at the world-class Terminal 2."
