The Jebu Marina, operated by the Gyeonggi Pyeongtaek Port Authority, was selected as an excellent company for the first time among marinas nationwide in the Sports Leisure (Marine Leisure) category of the Korea Consumer Industry Assessment (KCIA).
The Jebu Marina, managed and operated by the Gyeonggi Pyeongtaek Port Authority, has been selected as an excellent company by the Korea Consumer Industry Assessment (KCIA).
The Pyeongtaek Port Authority announced on the 11th that Jebu Marina was chosen as the first excellent company among marinas nationwide in the sports leisure (marine leisure) category announced by the Korea Consumer Industry Assessment on the 9th.
In the KCIA evaluation, Jebu Marina received high ratings in six categories: facility cleanliness, safety, diversity and professionalism of activities, location and accessibility, service and friendliness, and overall evaluation.
Jebu Marina is the largest marina in Gyeonggi Province with 300 berths, opened in June 2021. Since its opening, continuous efforts have been made to improve facilities, including the installation of anti-corrosion materials on steel pipe brackets at the water mooring yard and the crane pontoon dock.
Kim Seok-gu, president of the Pyeongtaek Port Authority, stated, "Being selected as an excellent company in the 2023 KCIA Korea Consumer Industry Assessment is a valuable result achieved through communication with our customers," and added, "We will continue to strive to enhance customer satisfaction through the revitalization of marine leisure in the Gyeonggi Sea and Jebu Marina."
