At the ‘2023 Brand Customer Loyalty Awards’ ceremony held on the 2nd at Conrad Seoul in Yeouido, the hair device brand GlamFam was selected as the number one in the hairstyler category for the second consecutive year.


The Brand Customer Loyalty Awards measure consumer brand loyalty using a customer loyalty evaluation index jointly developed with BrandKey, a top 10 research and consulting firm. This year, with about 210,000 consumers participating in the survey, GlamFam took first place in the hairstyler category for the second consecutive year.


In this survey, GlamFam received the highest scores in the industry across all five categories: ▲brand trust ▲brand attachment ▲repurchase intention ▲recommendation intention ▲switching intention, demonstrating its outstanding customer loyalty.

GlamFam is a premium hair iron brand launched by Unil Electronics in 2008, leading the domestic hair device market by developing hair irons that incorporate differentiated technology. Over the past 15 years, GlamFam has been loved not only by general consumers but also by domestic and international hair designers and celebrities, securing the number one market share in Korean beauty salons.


In fact, GlamFam released the GP201T ‘Glam Pink Edition’ targeting women in their 20s and 30s last February, and the initial 3,000 units sold out completely within two weeks of launch. Subsequent emergency additional 2nd and 3rd batches also sold out, leading to a 4th round of sales due to its great popularity.


The new steady seller GP201T Glam Pink Edition was created by actively reflecting consumer needs. For more convenient use, it features a long heating plate and a slim body, and minimizes hair damage?a common consumer concern during hairstyling?by using a patented special ceramic-coated heating plate and a tilting cushion function.
