Nahye-seok Street is a cultural street about 300 meters long, created to honor the achievements of Jeongwol Nahye-seok, Korea's first female Western-style painter born in Suwon. It connects the Cultural and Arts Center, Hyowon Park, and the outdoor music hall. The street is a pedestrian-only road with fountains in the roadway, music-playing restrooms, and well-maintained landscaping. It offers various attractions such as street performances and is dotted with specialized restaurants, making it a place where culture and social encounters coexist and attract many visitors.

Nearby Hyowon Park is themed around filial piety (Hyo). It features Jeju Street symbolizing the sister city Jeju City, the traditional Chinese garden Wolhwawon, and sports facilities such as badminton courts, foot volleyball courts, and basketball courts, making it ideal for walking, exercising, and leisure activities. The restrooms here are considered some of the cleanest and most beautiful in the province.

Ingye Arts Park, as its name suggests, satisfies both relaxation and music. This park, with well-maintained landscaping including dense pine forests, houses Suwon Outdoor Music Hall, the largest outdoor performance venue in Korea, forming the core of the arts park. Since its opening, there have been no crimes due to frequent police patrols. Inside the outdoor music hall building are dedicated practice rooms and dressing rooms for the Suwon City Symphony Orchestra and the City Choir. The structure and speakers of each hall harmonize to provide the best acoustics anywhere on the lawn plaza. In 1996, it also won the Korean Architecture Culture Award.
