Kim Jin-bu, Chairman of the Gyeongsangnam-do Provincial Council, participated on the 18th in the Ministry of Environment's 'Single-Use Products Zero Challenge,' which pledges to reduce the use of single-use products in daily life. This challenge participation was made following the nomination by Kim Yoon-cheol, Mayor of Hapcheon-gun.
Chairman Kim Jin-bu of the Gyeongnam Provincial Council participated in the single-use item zero challenge.
Chairman Kim nominated Park Dong-sik, Mayor of Sacheon, Kang Yong-beom, 2nd Vice Chairman of the Gyeongsangnam-do Provincial Council, and Kim Il-su, Chairman of the Economic and Environmental Committee, as the next participants in the challenge.
Chairman Kim stated, "The use of single-use products causes serious consequences for our society, such as environmental pollution and the climate crisis," and added, "Starting with our provincial council, we will take the lead in using reusable products and strive to create a general social atmosphere that supports this effort."
