GS Construction Consortium to Launch Gwangmyeong Xi The Sharp Forena Sales in April

The GS Construction Consortium (GS Construction, POSCO E&C, Hanwha Construction Division) announced on the 30th that it plans to sell the Gwangmyeong Xi The Sharp Forena, consisting of 3,585 households, in the area of 9-8 Gwangmyeong-dong, Gwangmyeong-si, Gyeonggi-do, in April.

Gwangmyeong Xi The Sharp Forena will be developed through the Gwangmyeong 1R Redevelopment Promotion District housing redevelopment project, consisting of 28 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to 38 above-ground floors, with a total of 3,585 households. Among these, 809 units with exclusive areas of 39 to 112㎡ will be available for general sale, featuring a variety of floor plans from small to medium-large sizes.

The complex offers easy access to major hubs and central business districts in Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Incheon via a wide transportation network including Anyangcheon-ro, Seobu Expressway, Seohaean Expressway, Gangnam Circular Urban Expressway, and the 2nd Gyeongin Expressway. Additionally, it is close to Subway Line 1's Gaebong Station and Guro Station, as well as Line 7's Gwangmyeongsageori Station, accessible by walking or bus transfers.

Gwangmyeong City has been removed from the speculative overheating district, regulated area, and price ceiling system area according to the 1st and 3rd real estate measures.
