The GS Construction Consortium (GS Construction, POSCO E&C, Hanwha Construction Division) announced on the 30th that it plans to sell the Gwangmyeong Xi The Sharp Forena, consisting of 3,585 households, in the area of 9-8 Gwangmyeong-dong, Gwangmyeong-si, Gyeonggi-do, in April.
Gwangmyeong Xi The Sharp Forena will be developed through the Gwangmyeong 1R Redevelopment Promotion District housing redevelopment project, consisting of 28 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to 38 above-ground floors, with a total of 3,585 households. Among these, 809 units with exclusive areas of 39 to 112㎡ will be available for general sale, featuring a variety of floor plans from small to medium-large sizes.
The complex offers easy access to major hubs and central business districts in Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Incheon via a wide transportation network including Anyangcheon-ro, Seobu Expressway, Seohaean Expressway, Gangnam Circular Urban Expressway, and the 2nd Gyeongin Expressway.
