The 30-year fixed-rate mortgage interest rate in the United States has declined for four consecutive weeks.
On the 29th (local time), the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) reported that the average 30-year fixed mortgage rate in the U.S. was 6.45% last week, down 0.03 percentage points from the previous week. Mortgage applications increased by 2.9% compared to the previous week.
