Daegu Urban Development Corporation, Sells 64,000㎡ of Industrial Land at Kumho Waterpolis

Daegu Urban Development Corporation announced on the 9th that it will supply 36 industrial and mixed-use land parcels within Kumho Waterpolis in Geomdan-dong, Buk-gu, Daegu, starting from the 27th. The land to be supplied consists of 33 industrial land parcels and 3 mixed-use land parcels, totaling 64,920㎡.

Applicants for occupancy will be selected after submitting their applications for occupancy and sale, followed by a review by the Kumho Waterpolis Occupancy Review Committee.

The industrial land located in the general industrial area covers 59,632㎡ and can be used for electronic information communication, automobile and transportation equipment, new materials, and mechatronics facilities. The mixed-use land located in the semi-industrial area covers 5,288㎡ and can be utilized for electronic information communication, mechatronics, and knowledge, culture, and information communication industry facilities.

Kumho Waterpolis is considered one of the best development sites due to its waterfront space formed along the Kumho River to the north. Through development plans linking excellent metropolitan transportation accessibility and the Kumho River waterfront space, it is planned to be developed into a cutting-edge complex combining industry, logistics, commerce, and residential areas.

Applications for occupancy and sale can be submitted in person at Daegu Urban Development Corporation from the 27th to the 29th. After the occupancy review starting April 3rd, the results of the selected qualified companies for occupancy will be announced on April 10th.
