135% YoY Increase · 315% Rise Compared to Pre-COVID-19 Levels
Yanolja announced on the 13th that its platform transaction volume exceeded 4 trillion won last year, marking a 135% increase compared to the previous year.
Despite the COVID-19 situation, the company explained that operating multiple travel channels such as Yanolja, Interpark, Triple, and Daily Hotel, and leveraging the unique characteristics of each platform to satisfy diverse customer demands, contributed to this result. The transaction volume of these channels last year increased by 315% compared to 2019, before the outbreak of COVID-19. The channeling service, which supplies its own leisure-related inventory to various travel platforms, also grew by more than 112%.
Yanolja has set a plan to expand its services by utilizing Interpark, the number one business in airline tickets, Triple’s hyper-personalization technology, and Daily Hotel’s premium inventory. Additionally, it will plan leisure content including K-content to attract inbound customers (foreign tourists visiting Korea).
A Yanolja representative said, "This year, as a domestic company, we plan to focus on building competitiveness to continue growth momentum in competition with overseas platforms."
