In the northern and eastern parts of Gyeonggi Province, inland and mountainous areas of Gangwon Province, and the northeastern mountainous areas of Gyeongbuk Province where cold wave warnings have been issued, morning temperatures will be below -10 degrees Celsius, so caution is advised for health management.

Ulleungdo and Dokdo will see snowfall of 1 to 5 cm.

As of 7 a.m. on this day, temperatures in major regions are Seoul -4.1°C, Incheon -3.4°C, Suwon -5.9°C, Chuncheon -13.1°C, Gangneung -2.3°C, Cheongju -2.3°C, Daejeon -4.5°C, Jeonju -3.4°C, Gwangju -1.0°C, Jeju 5.7°C, Daegu -1.1°C, Busan -0.2°C, Ulsan -0.8°C, Changwon -1.2°C, etc.

The daytime high temperature is forecast to be between 1 and 7 degrees Celsius. In Seoul, the highest temperature is expected to reach 3 degrees Celsius.

Fine dust concentration will be at a 'normal' level across all regions due to smooth atmospheric dispersion.

Sea waves will be 0.5 to 2.5 meters in the East Sea coastal waters, and 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the West Sea and South Sea coastal waters.

Wave heights in the offshore waters (about 200 km from the coastline) are predicted to be 1.5 to 4.0 meters in the East Sea, 0.5 to 3.0 meters in the West Sea, and 1.0 to 3.0 meters in the South Sea.
