From dawn to morning, rain or snow will fall in Seoul, Incheon, southern Gyeonggi, inland southern Gangwon, the west coast of Chungnam, and northern inland Chungcheong. There will also be raindrops or snowflakes in northern Gyeonggi, other parts of Chungcheong, Jeonbuk, central and northern inland Gangwon, northern Gyeongbuk, and northwestern inland Gyeongnam.
Expected snowfall amounts are 2?7 cm in inland and mountainous southern Gangwon, 1?5 cm in northern Seoul, Incheon, and Gyeonggi, 1?3 cm in central and northern inland and mountainous Gangwon, northern Gyeongbuk, and southwestern inland Gyeongbuk, and around 1 cm in western inland Gyeongnam. Expected precipitation amounts are around 5 mm in inland and mountainous southern Gangwon, and less than 5 mm in northern Seoul, Incheon, Gyeonggi, central and northern Gangwon, northern Gyeongbuk, and southwestern inland Gyeongbuk. Morning low temperatures are forecast to be between -4°C and 4°C, and daytime highs between 0°C and 11°C.
As yellow dust flows in, fine dust concentrations will be at 'bad' levels across all regions. In particular, Chungcheong and Honam regions are expected to reach 'very bad' levels. The Seoul metropolitan area, Gangwon region, and Jeju area will temporarily experience 'very bad' levels in the morning, and the Yeongnam region in the afternoon.
Sea waves will be 0.5?2.5 m in the East Sea and South Sea coastal waters, and 1.0?4.0 m in the West Sea coastal waters. Wave heights in the offshore waters (about 200 km from the coastline) are expected to be 1.0?5.0 m in the East Sea, 1.0?4.0 m in the South Sea, and 1.5?5.0 m in the West Sea.
